This beginnner to Intermediate Workout Program Includes:

 

  • 6 week workout program.
  • 4 workouts per week (picture of program blurred purposely). 
  • 2 lower body and 2 upper body workouts per week. 
  • Lower body workouts focus on building the glutes and defining the legs. 
  • Upper body workouts focus on building the back and shoulders.

  • You are unsure what to do at the gym and what exercises target which muscle groups.
