BUSY GIRL PROGRAM
The Busy Girl Program includes:
- 6 week workout program.
- 3 workouts a week.
- Each workout provides the option to be able to do the workout at home or to go to the gym.
- Provides warm up and cool down routines.
- Provides information regarding supplements, sleeping, eating and health tips.
- Provides exercise tutorials and instructions.
What you'll need:
This program requires dumbbells and resistance bands for the home workouts in order to maximise the programs results. The gym workouts require access to a gym membership.
